The crew got me in with only one day wait, and at a time that worked really good for me. The fact that customer care is important is evident throughout the whole process, and wait time was only one hour approximately. The only down side that I care to mention was the reminder sticker. The last I didn't get one, this time I did, but it had the mileage at a 2000 mile interval, and a date of 2/2027. A little thing, but important to me . Thanks Laurel Chevrolet

My experience was incredible. Simply the best experience I have ever had with repair of my vehicle at any dealership. BTW, I am 68 years old and have bought many new vehicles. S Tucker was the service advisor that I communicated with. She was on top of everything relating to the repair which involved in installing a new transmission, radiator, transmission cooler and related tubing and hoses. I called two Chevrolet dealerships that were closer to where we were stranded (outside of Lovell, Wy), but they both said they could not even look at the truck until approximately 2 weeks. We had our truck back within less than a week!! Unheard of. Ms. Tucker could not have been more helpful and respectful.

The salesman was patient and offered good answers to my questions. He did not hard pressure me.

The appointment was made Thursday and the appointment was for Monday at 10:00am. I called @8:30 asking if there was any chance I could get in earlier and I was told if you can get in by 9:00 we can get you in earlier. It worked out great! Thanks
